The CLA Student Technology Fee Committee (STFC) and the University Technology Training Center (UTTC) offer free non-credit computer short courses to College of Liberal Arts undergraduates during the beginning of each term. The course fees, which average $50, are covered by the IFC. Recent offerings include Computer Safety, Dreamweaver: Basic Web Pages, Excel, Final Cut Express, HTML, Movie Maker, MS Office Lab, Photoshop: Photo Retouching, Photoshop: Web Graphics, PowerPoint: Basic Presentation, Word: Formatting Research Papers. Announcements for the GetWired! Courses are also e-mailed to all CLA students each term.
